SOURCE: Is there a brake bypass
If you are asking for a way to watch movies while your in motion, all you need to do is hook up a simple switch (Cost 2 bucks at Radio Shack) You connect the "parking brake wire" to one end and then connect a wire from the other side of the switch to a ground, any will do. When you start the car simply flip the switch on then off and you should be in business.
SOURCE: does the clarion vz400 dvd player support steering
Yes it will with the proper interface for your vehicle (works with most vehicles) You will need to get the interface from a good Car Audio store who can also help you hook it up and program it.
SOURCE: Were does the backup wire go to on a clarion vz400
You use that when hooking up a backup camera to the unit, so that the camera image will show when you put your vehicle is put into reverse. Typically it is wired to your reverse lights when you install a camera.
SOURCE: bluetooth is inconsistent in working
Hello, We apologize you having issues with you blue tooth not working.
Allow me to explain why a blue tooth might be inconsistent, or just incompatible. Most newer blue tooth devices use a data stream witch is just not compatible with older blue tooth modules. First, Are you using a phone to play music using this player?
What make and model phone are you using?
We need to use this information to what is compatible with this unit to verify what the cause is with the pairing process.
Most blue tooth use data stream verses plain RF frequencies thus making it inconsistent so where you got dropouts or other interferences. There are different versions of blue tooth so please keep this in mind when using this unit.
Most devices in today's age use "A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile)" , This version does not work with older modules this would cause a distribution issue within that older profile. Say if you using a Iphone 4 that uses A2DP but your stereo uses legacy distribution services "MONO" you would have issues with interferences and other types of distribution issues.
First thing is first what are you using?
Second, did it work before?
Third, Have you tried another phone or device?
Please get back with us on your answers , thus we can help you out further.
Thanks for your visit,
Regards
