Question about Olympus FE-220 Digital Camera
I went kayaking and brought my Olympus FE-220 with me in a pelican box. Unfortunately the box let in moisture, and the camera got humid with salt water. I thought it was dried out, but a week later, all that showed up on the screen were white and black lines, and this black blob at the bottom (they also show up when the camera is turned off, if you angle it right).
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Sounds as if the camera would need to be sent to Olympus for service. You may want to call their Customer Service to discuss repair options and pricing. Their telephone number is 800-622-6372 option 2 and then option 3.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
