E000100-0001 is a secondary code to the initial problem. It means verbatum " The power has been turned off and back on again without resetting the error ". So, there was a previous error code that instructed the customer to turn off the main power and turn it back on in an effort to reset the code. Unfortunately this must have been an error code regarding the fusing system. Canon designed the copier to prompt the customer to power the copier off and back on for all error codes, and more often than not the copier can recover to some degree or another. Fuser codes on the other hand WILL NOT reset even though the display says to power off/on . You will need to go into service mode to reset the error. Press "additional functions"......then the numbers 2 and 8 at the same time and then additional functions again. If you have followed these steps properly you will now be in service mode and a different screen. Just follow these instructions. Press copier. Press functions.Press clear.Press err.Press ok. Power off and on . This WILL clear the code. However, if the problem still exists the code will return of course. THAT code is the one we need to troubleshoot! :-)

SOURCE: Error code E000025-00001
there is a toner feed motor over currente detection error, there is a toner botle motor connection detection error.
1- check the connector for any fault in connection.
2- replace the motor

You would be better off spending the money on a different machine than buying a manual. canon did not produce those machines for very long. they are horrible. we have 2 left in the field and i will be glad when those 2 are gone.

Contact a Canon Dealer/Authorized Service. It's either an error that needs to be reset or you have a hardware issue... with some errors, once you get it, it will never go away until you get a technician to clear it out.

to be honest the fixing assembly needs to be rebuilt. the sutter inside the fixing assemble has becomes warped or has locked up and the gears on it could be worn or broken.. unfortunatly that is the only solution for the problem
