The presence of unnecessary Windows files on your system may often create certain problems.
Some unnecessary files loaded on your system during start up include Windows sound, Windows fonts, Windows components.

First understand downloading videos or anything else in and of it's will not keep your computer from starting up.
Have you first checked your power source? Insure your power adapter ( if it has a tiny power light) is on. Some how you must verify your power is working. Also, On the chance that your batteries were fully charged, disconnect that power cord completely, now try and start it.
Do you get absolutely nothing whether on battery or on power from the wall? If that is true, you should expect you have a power problem inside the laptop.
One other thing I would check would be to remove the batteries completely, then try using the power cord, plugged into a know good source, that is, plug something else, a lamp into the wall first make sure it works then try you laptop. I the laptop still does not work. It is time to consider taking it to, two computer repair places for repair estimates.
