We recommend you remove the "Digital In" cable connection from the rear of the TV and turn it back on. If the problem persists, we recommend having the TV evaluated by an authorized service center using the below link.
Hope I can help you. Not only do I have the same set at home, but I've been repairing this equiptment professionally for 25 years. This problem can be caused by many different things. Mine has shutdown intermittantly for two different reasons. First, the shutting off was caused from airflow. The solution was to disconnect the power and remove and vaccuum the rear cover vents as well as internal fans. Careful not to touch the lamp.(Remove and set aside). When this problem occurred there were a few lights on the set that flashed.(Temp + lamp I think). The other problem that shut off the set on occasion was caused by the tv power supply.BP94-02222H. When it shutdown from this I could turn the set right back on without any problem and no lights flashed on the front panel. Also make sure to clean dust from the fan by the cable card slot. If this gets clogged a message will appear on the screen saying "Check the fan #3" I'm sure this is good, free and accurate advice. Good luck, Russmann.
Looks like you may had some unshielded speakers near the back of the unit the caused the color to bleed or fade this is perm damage to one of the guns that shoot the pic to the mirror. There is a fix for it but it may be a costly one.
Does the menu come up?
If it does, then, the source could be the problem, such as the cable or DVD player. If the source is not the issue, then, the problem would be in the Digital or Analog PCBs.
If the menu does not come on, then, the problem is more than likely the DMD.
If it is not the source then call a local authorized Samsung servicer in your area. Contact 1-800-Samsung.
Hope this helps.
