I have previously replaced the fusing unit, vertical path assy, vertical path door, duplex driver board. It will jam after about 75 duplex copies and the jammed copy will be wavy and being fed back into the fuser even tho printed on both sides.

Your fuser assembly is not rotating, the drive gear is broken, the bushings inside the bearing is broken or worn out.worst case fuser drive motor. those fusers are rated at 500k. Take the front cover of the fuser assembly off and inspect that area for the problem. look for broken gear.

Canon DR-9080C gives Low memory message

Duplex scanning, Color Scanning and high-density scanning (600 dpi) cannot go with long documents like 11x17. Change the scanning mode, try one side at a time or reduce the resolution.

11x17 paper jams from drawer - will not feed from sheet bypass

Check to see if the actuator arm is stuck in the bypass tray, therefore not seeing the paper and be sure the side guides are up against the paper. If that doesn't work and you have 2 cassette cavaties put the 11 X 17 where the other tray is . Hope it works for you.

IR5570 jamming from paper deck #2 but having a 0201 jam code what possible solutions ....changed the feed sep and pu tires and also replaced paper deck #2 registration rollers going into the duplex...

Check the duplex motor that feeds the reg roller shaft - in the front of the duplex unit. I found one that was loose, when I opened the front duplex cover and moved the motor, the screw fell out! The motor gear and drive gear were not touching. Good luck

Paper Jam E54

The one crinkled at the end on the left door is the problem.
Since it jammed it stops the whole copying process, ( you were most likely doing duplex)
The reasons for the crinkled paper are
1- the fingers or claws at the exit are worn and catch the paper instead of sliding them out.
2- you are copying something that has a black edge and is getting caught on those fingers ( or claws)
3- The rollers at the exit are in bad shape :

anyway check out this link and go to error codes :
