Everytime time i place the faceplate onto my jvc kd-ahd69, i hear on of the speakers pop and then the cd will play but no music coming out of the speakers
If it was working before and no changes made to wiring, then it needs service.

hold "SEL", then scroll through the options with the fastforward button and you will see clock H and clock M. this adjusts your minutes and hours.

Push the Sel button and hold for 3 seconds (usually displays Demo or Demo Off). Push the Station up and down button til it reads Clock H or Clock M. Turn the volume button to adjust time. Push the Sel button to quit.

I had this same problem and realized after reading the manual that this model does not play mp3's. They use the same manual for the g140 and the g240 (the model which plays mp3s).
