I have updated my BIOS to the latest ver. from Fujitsu web site, and
then I can not access the BIOS now. It asks fro a password. Can you
help? I have Fujitsu Lifebook T4220.
-   i updated my bios and got the same problem
reformatting doesnt fix the problem, the only solutions ive heard of that supposedly work are removing the CMOS battery on the motherboard until the capacitor discharges, which will flash the bios or erase the password lock on it, or you could download a program to hack it and run it on startup, i havent done either for security issues, but they sound like reasonable solutions.
Also
if you enter the following codes into the password screen for the bios
3hqgo3
jqw534
0qww294e
it will NOT sound the alarm for the incorrect password tries, but it will give you a serial number, which you may be able to use some way to fix the problem, possibly by calling fujitsu and providing them with that number.-   sharobimm
