I've had this MP3 player for about 3 or 4 months now,
no problems at all.
I have dropped it a few times, but not too much damage.
Suddenly today, I was just listening to a song, and I went to skip it and go to the next song,
but the buttons wouldn't work.
So I plugged it in, thinking maybe the battery just needed to be charged.
The screen froze, so I pressed the reset button.
Then it went back to normal, but still, the buttons don't work.
I don't know what's wrong with it.
My walkman is stuck in the logo window its been charging for over 5 hours and still wont turn on when i press the on button
On the bottom of the MP3 player there is a small hole that says "Reset" next to the USB port. Stick a pin or something inside and press the reset button. This should fix your problem. Mine had the same problem and I fixed it this way.

And now whenever I plug it into the USB,
it says 'Low Battery Please Charge' and it doesn't charge or show up on the computer.
