Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
For several years I have been using my Canon scanner Canoscan N1240U with the Arcsoft Photo Studio 2000 with my computer which is Windows XP. I just switched to a new computer with Windows Vista, and now I'm getting distorted pictures. How can I remedy this? Thanks!
I'm assuming that this is only occurring in ArcSoft PhotoStudio? You may need to install an application that is more up today and compatible with Vista. I don't know if that version of PhotoStudio is compatible. You should check with ArcSoft. There is a patch for the 2000 version of PhotoStudio...but again, I don't know if PhotoStudio 2000 is Vista Compatible.
