if you can do soldering work, replace two 1000uF10v bulging capacitor with 1000uF 16v or 25v in powersupply board. you will save $200.

most likely the power supply board has failed, but it could be the main board as well. call 1-800-samsung for nearest service center.

It sounds like a bad capacitor or more. Any bulging or leaking capacitors will require replacing on the board. These are cheap to replace, you can do it yourself.
