Have the air conditioning system discharged at a dealer service department or auto AC repair facility. Drain the cooling system by removing the plugs under the radiator and then the engine block, draining the coolant into a clean container. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Disconnect the heater hoses at the engine compartment's right side at the firewall by sliding the clamps away, then plug or tape shut all the openings. Disconnect the accumulator and refrigerant lines to the AC accumulator and mounting bracket, then detach the accumulator and its mounting bracket from the firewall. Remove the instrument panel from inside the truck. With the front wheels turned forward and the steering column locked, remove all trim and kick panels along the door frames. Then lower the steering column and remove its covers and the instrument cluster, glove box, cup holders, all electrical connectors and panel fasteners. Lift the panel out through the front door. Remove the Powertrain Control Module from the engine. Carefully disconnect the three to four electrical connectors on the module, then remove the module's mounting bolts. Disconnect the two nuts on the studs mounting the heater unit in the engine compartment. Disconnect the electrical connector to the blower motor resistor from the interior of the truck along with the connector and vacuum hoses from the heater unit. Remove the mounting nuts and bolt to the unit from the interior and remove the heater unit. Remove the two retaining screws on the heater core, located at the top of the two lines on the core that form a triangle. Pinch the release tabs on the upper corners of the heater core and lift the core from its housing sincerely. God bless you ernesto cuadra managua, nicaragua

SOURCE: remove front axle from differential on 2003 dodge ram
That works fine on a relatively new vehicle but one that has run in salt etc you'll save a lot of time if you remove the steering knuckle completey by separating lower ball joint and outer tie rod end ball joint and bring the whole steering knuckle to a bench to separate the hub/bearing. Soak everything with penetrant, loosen the bolts a few turns and try hitting right on the bolt heads. I also made a very sharp wedge from a chisel and rammed it hard on the other side to seoarate the hub. It will finally come apart then you'll see all the **** that was binding it due to an alumininum knuckle re-acting with a steel hub. Clean the hole and grease everything and fit new bearings
SOURCE: fuel filter removal for dodge ram 1500 2003 model
The combination fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator is used on all engines. It is located on the top of the fuel pump module. A separate frame mounted fuel filter is not used with any engine.
Both fuel filters (at bottom of fuel pump module and within fuel pressure regulator) are designed for extended service. They do not require normal scheduled maintenance.
SOURCE: Remove headlight assembly from a 2001 Dodge Ram
On the upper grill side of the headlight assy. there
should be 1 or 2 push pins that hold the seal on the
headlight assy to the front of the fender. Also check
for a guide/push pin on the inner top of the assy on
the outer fender side. That should be all there is to
hold the headlight in place. Hope this helps.
SOURCE: The lower glove box on my 2009 Rav4 won't close.
I had the same problem with my 2009 RAV4 lower glove box. I removed the box by popping the top front right post and then the top left front post from theside housings by prying them free with my fingers. They pop out easily. I then let the box fall open and while holding it level to the floor, pulled forward, released the piston from the post on the right, and the glove compartment came out without tools. There was a plastic electrical box cover, which came loose behind the glove box, blocking it from closing. I snapped the cover plate back in place and then reversed the glove box removal process. It took a few minutes and I needed no tools.
