A.C. unit I have an A.C. unit. Model# FA4ANF030. The problem is that my air conditioner drips alot of water. The dripping starts from inside the A.C. unit like if its not freezing the way its suppose to. I Can also set the temperture. For Ex: to 70 degrees and it only goes down to 80 degrees it never reaches the temperture I set it on. I've cleaned the A.C. unit. I cleaned my A.C. unit outside also. I've had a technician come and put freon, but apparently that didn,t work. I'll be waiting for your response. Thank You

Re: A.C. unit

One of the cause of water dripping in the indoor is restricted drainage. To Identify if your drainage is restricted.
- Turn "off " the circuit breaker and take out the face cover of the unit.
- Turn "on" the circuit breaker and start the unit, wait until the unit drips.
- When the unit dripped check the drain pan if overflowed with water.
- If the drain pan is full of water you need to flush the drainage with water to remove the restriction. If the pressure of water in your area is high you can use your garden hose to flush the drainage.

Another is dirty evaporator fins (icing), dirty drain pan, broken drain pan or incorrect installation.

Sounds like the reversing valve is the problem
The reversing valve is located near the compressor
It has four copper tubes coming from it
On this valve there is a solenoid which makes the valve open or close
You can check this by placing a strong magnet on it while the system is running which will activate or de activate the heating
You should hear a swoshing sound if it's working properly each time you remove the magnet if this doesn't happen it will need to be replaced by a licensed refrigeration technician if it does work you may have a gas leak which will require a friggy as well

You can physically remove the harddrive inside the case and connect it into another computer as a slave drive. There should be two cables - one for the data and the other for power - connect these two inside the computer next to the master harddrive.

When cycle is finished there is residue on dishes and water left in the bottom of the dishwasher - it is also slow to start

I would guess that you are washing your dishes in diluted mashed potatoes  :)   The dirty water is not being pumped out so that fresh water is used to rinse the dishes   your hose may be pinched  or your pump may need to be replaced   also your drain hose should be installed so as to rise to the underside of the counter and then drop down to the drain connection on your sink.   This allows the water to siphon out and makes less strain on your pump  but also help leave some water in so that the sensitive plastic parts inside don't melt from friction.  being slow to start is an ordinary feature of many dishwashers... i can't help you there.

I need to know what the power input is on this unit. I have one, and a pile of power supplies, but I don't know which one this unit takes!

Well, I think that above the power socket you will read the power rating, at least the voltage. If I see correctly on some picture I found, it says 12V.
Another very important thing is the polarity, which also seems to be shown on a picture near the power socket - whether it's plus on the inside and minus on the outside of the plug, or the other way round.

Once you establish these two facts, you have to look for a power supply that has a proper voltage, a polarity symbol as on the HDD box, and an output current anywhere between 1A to 2.5A

My guess would be 12V, positive inside, and 1.5A output - but that's just a slightly educated guess.

Hard drive will not spin.

I have the same problem with the same enclosure. I found out it is the power supply problem. It worked the first time out of the box. But when the black 12V/5V power supply box heats up, if I turn it off, and on again, my hard drive won't spin up. It had buzz sounds and tried to spin. I think they use a crappy power supply that can't supply enough current during drive spin up when temperature goes up.

My solution is to unplug the whole unit from the wall when you don't use it. That give the crappy power supply time to cool down, so next time when you turn it on, it'll start from cold. This solutoin worked for my 300G Seagate drive. For my smaller WD drive, it doesn't require cold start. I guess it makes sense, as bigger drives require more current to spin up.
