Probably a memory issue, if you have put new memory in check to see it is seated properly. You might even remove the memory and then reseat it. If you have multiple sticks of memory, put one stick in only and try to fire it up. If it works or fails, move to the next stick of memory. If it is one stick of memory and not a memory slot you should boot off of at least one stick. If it fails on every stick of memory, try a different slot. If this is all new memory, try the old memory; it could be a compatibilty issue.
