Download the required drivers from Lenova. Bearing in mine Win XP is obsolete there may be none.

it migt be turn off. try to press Fn + F1 + F2 + F3 + F4 + F5 + F6 + F7 + F8 + F9 + F10 + F11 + F12 to turn OFF or to turn ON. or you may go to BIOS to turn it on from there.
