I´ve decided to dismantle monitor and found that instead of +15 Volts PWS board giving +5...6 Volts. What to do the next in this case?
That model uses the same power supply board as the Samsung Syncmaster 2053BW and here is a link to a repair guide for that model that should get you going on the right track.
