Put two of the same pokemon in the daycare it has two of the same breed or put a ditto in the daycare it doesn't matter if you put in a boy or a girl pokemon then let them have good hot sex and when the old man is outside of the gate he has a egg for you and you have to have space in your party and then ride your bike back and forth and check on your egg once in a while and when your person says "Huh" you egg has hatched

There actually is a way to duplicate pokemon. I call it cloning, although it's really just bad programming.
1. Go to Battle Tower's PC
2. Deposit the pokemon you want to duplicate
3. Log out, save, and turn off the gameboy
4. Turn on the gameboy and withdraw the pokemon you want to clone
5.Go to the nearest clerk, accept OPEN LEVEL
6. Start saving, the corrupt it by turning off the gameboy during the saving process
7. Turn on the gameboy.
You should now have one of each pokemon in your party and one of each in your PC.
WARNING: If you are trying to clone your whole party, then you will lose the Pokemon you had to keep in order to leave all of htem in the PC. I suggest using Magikarp for that.

What is an eon ticket

All of those pokemon can be obtained through events sponsored occasionally by Nintendo, where tickets are given out that can be used to travel to islands where Lugia, Ho-oh, and Mew can be caught. You can also catch Ho-oh in Pokemon Colloseum or Lugia from Pokemon XD and trade them to your Pokemon Emerald game with a link cable from Gameboy to Gamecube (or Wii). Sorry, but Mew can only be gotten at Nintendo events.

What websites for cheat codes for pokemon ruby can we go to catch all pokemon including pokemon diamond and pearl

In ruby you can not catch pokemon in from diamond and pearl because ruby is an earlier pokemon game, diamond and pearl were invented later. in other words, your pokemon ruby doesn't know and can't learn anything from diamond and pearl.

Cloneing

First you need to have beaten the elite four and gotton a battle pass. You also need two pokemon eligible for a battle in battle tower. (though you will not need to actually battle.)
1. have the pokemon in the box and an empty space in your party.
2. save
3. take the pokemon out of the box. DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY POKEMON OR THEY WILL BE LOST!!!
4. go to the multi-linked battle room in the battle tower and enter ANY to pokemon for battle.
5. the lady will ask you if it's okay to save the game. Say yes.
6. there will be a pause for a couple seconds...
7. the standard save menu will appear. say NO and turn off the game. you DO NOT need to turn off the game while it is saving; simply say yes to the lady and no to the game.
when you turn the game back on the pokemon will be in the box AND in your party. it will have the same item, same level, a shiny will be shiny. pokerus is kept. it is THE SAME pokemon,
