Question about Exercise & Fitness
This is probably a faulty speed sensor or the speed sensor is not plugged in properly. Its also possibly a faulty motor control board or lower board. The error codes will differ between makes and models but could be e1. .

On mine it was the micro switch that senses the rotation speed. The switch is static and placed my a moving magnet usually inset into the drive pulley. The wiring from the sensor could also be faulty.
