Haier 1.0 washer makes load knocking noise in spin cycle

. Manually turn the motor and drum and listen for the noise, if so the motor bearings, the drum agitator shaft and fittings must be checked. Also the suspensions which include the shock absorbers and springs, the body clamps must be checked to be in correct alignment and not changed in position. Tightening of the mounting is also very important. Finally in most cases a drop of OIL or smear of grease on the moving parts cane solve most issues.

Problem with Washing Machines Something stuck /rattling in washing machine plastic divider Inside drum

It is so common that the washing machine can make terrible noise in many ways and is a common fault. In all occasions it is important that your observation is most important and so is vital to the identification /rectification and solution. If you have noticed that machine is vibrating when it is running then the motor /drum suspension has to be inspected. Since these fittings are located on the underside of the machine it is important that you look for the noise with a good inspection lamp. Manually turn the motor and drum and listen for the noise, if so the motor bearings, the drum agitator shaft and fittings must be checked. sounds like the dryer heater element has worked loose perhaps and shorted out against the metal dryer box which sits on top of the drum.
best to get an engineer out i'd say.

Agitator very noisy while washing

There is a small roller that tightens the drive belt for the drum inside this unit. If it is loose it makes a squeaking noise. Tightening this may solve your problem. You will have to take off the back panel to do this repair

Squeaking noise from Dryer when tumbling

IT IS USUALLY THE "BELT TENSION ADJUSTABLE PULLEY". MOST ARE CHEAPLY MADE ... TRY A BIT OF AXLE GREESE ON IT ... IT IS SEALED FROM THE INNER DRUM AND IS MOUNTED USUALLY ON THE BOTTOM FRAME RAILING.

Dryer not working

If the drum is not moving: There is something stuck inside your furness blower( could be some pice of cloth). Open the furness and remove the piece and your dryer will be working fine afterwords. If the Drum is working fine; the coil valve, fuse or the gas ignitor could be the problem; usually repacing the coil valve will fix the problem

Hotpoint Aquarius 1100 - Grinding Noise From Drum

This sounds like the min bearings have gone, open the door and see if there is any play up and down on the drum. if so its the bearing if not it could be something that has fallen from a pocket and got stuck between the metal clothes drum and the oute drum casing. a take apart job i am afraid for both issues.
