Question about Olevia LT26HVX 26 in. LCD Television

Olevia 26 My tv powers down from time to time. Works for awhile and then just blanks out.

This happened to us also. Tech support says it is a problem with the mother board power supply. Over 200 to fix plus shipping and labor costs??? Not worth it! Sounds like poor quality. Ours was just over 1 year old too. I would not take another chance on Olevia products.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.

TV comes on, works for awhile - 15-20 minutes,


You probably have breaks in the soldering on the power supply board.

It can be fixed....but you need to be able to isolate and resolder the bad spots. Plus get the board in and out of the tv.

Olevia LT26HVE Power issues?


Finally recieved an email from syntax olevia customer support after 1 month. a standard desktop computer power cord is all you need for your Olevia LT26HVE flat screen. We lost ours in a move and FINALLY have it up and running again...for only 9 bucks at RadioShack!

Verizon remote


Olevia TV's are great but, there don't seem to be any universal remotes that ca be programmed to operate them. I know I looked for my parents on thiers.
