Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3m Cellular Phone
Can't use downloaded ring tones.
Ensure you have a bit rate on the file that is not too low or high. 48kbps usually works.
There is software called Motorola Phone Tools that let's people make ringtones. Others just send them to their phone via email. Make sure file is under 300kb.
Send email to email@example.com. replace email address with your phone number and file attached from your PC and you should be able to download to phone and then set as ringtone.

You have to save the ringtones i n the phone memory,not on the card.it can only use ringtones which are in the phone memory.
