Can you explain where exactly the paper jams, just check any obstruction in the paper path, or clean all the clutches/ sensors for registration and transport

Hello, the error code M2 means that the machine needs to have maintenance done ( like tune up to a car).. The only way to clear it would be to reset the counters and the service tech mode.

These codes are generally related to the toner motor, if you have changed the toner lately.Check the install of the toner cartridge, remove it and reinstall it, close up the machine and try again.
