I think problem with your BIOS

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/download.aspx?url=/12687/eng/SC1-032P.BIO&DwnldId=12687&ProductID=2441&lang=eng
Download this .BIO file from intel Web site & Copy it to floppy disket & remove your CMOS Jumper, insert your floppy & turn on your pc after few beeps pc will automaticall turn off. replace your CMOS jumper & turn on & load BIOS default valus.

* use Good working condition floppy drive & full formatted high density floppy disket (new one) & UPS for backup.

How i solve supermicro x8dt3-f display problem

Make sure JPG1 is jumpered between pins one and two.
Pin 1 is on the left.
JPG1 is on the very bottom of the motherboard, near the end of the PCI slot.
Next go to Advanced Setup Configuration if you can get any video, and check Boot Graphics Adapter Priority.
Make sure it is set to Onboard VGA.
If no video, reset the BIOS.
Onboard VGA is the default.

Your system is probably hanging because of high temperature. Check cpu temperature in bios hardware monitor. If it is to high check the heatsink is fitted properly also apply thermal paste between processor and heatsink.

No display assus motherboard PSN73-AM ASUS MOTHERBOARD

When the PC starts up, do you get a BIOS display at all? Try fitting a graphics card into the board instead of using the built in port, if that works check the BIOS settings to see if the built in adapter has been disabled,

Trying to locate a service/user manual for the motherboard

Remove the onboard battery out for about 30 minutes, this will cause the bios to go back to the default settings!
Or look on the board for CMOS RAM clear.
Pins 1 & 2 are normal mode and pins 2 & 3 will Clear the BIOS.
Here is some info from Compaq.

Problem at boot

There is a mechanical switch connector available to determine if someone has opened the chassis.

You can bypass this through the BIOS by entering the BIOS on bootup (DEL? message at bootup? F1?) then look for the system chassis intruder alarm and DISABLE

Another option is to find the pins that the switch is supposed to be connected to (documentation on the ASUS P4B motherboard) and jumper them.

You might have damaged the CPU/ motherboard during the process of overclocking.

Check your CPU on other compatible mobo.

Check your mobo documentation properly & set the jumpers rightly. If that doesn't help, you will have to replace the mobo.

Leave the connection to graphics card in, and take the left side panel off the pc and on the motherboard, you will see either a terminal marked CLRCMOS,JBAT1, CLRRTC, RTC, this is the cmos clearing jumper to revert back to default and the need to reset the time and date. If it's JBAT1 3 pin terminal, the cap will need to be taken off pins 1-2 and put across pins 2-3 then back to pins 1-2. If it is one of the others and only a 2 pin terminal, use a jumper cap like the one on the back of your hard disk and cdrom drive and put it over the 2 pins. start up pc and you should get the screen a beep and it will say press f2 for cmos setup, correct the date and time and the bios should be reset to vga, so change to pci again.
