Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

Open Question

I can't upload mp3s out of my mp3 player anymore.

Okay, I bought my mp3 player Sandisk Sansa mp3 player on my birthday which was 2 weeks ago and everything was going great. However, it has started working up by not letting me upload any more songs because they are corrupted or can't find the disk file. Also, these random files popped up now in my mp3 player saying "A", "b", and "f" which I can't delete either because they have no location on the thing. I keep thinking these random folders are viruses, but when I scanned them it said they weren't. I have no clue what to do with this, the songs I want to upload from my computer keep saying they're corrupted or unreadable but work just fine in my case. I'd like some assisstance on this, please?

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

My sansa fuze 8gb won't turn off the screen is blank but the blue light around the wheel is sitll lit. When i tried to plug it into my computer it still did nothing. i just bought this 2 months ago and am...

You should be able to hold the power button (as if you were turning it on) for 20-25 seconds, which will shut it off completely. It should work as if nothing happened when you turn it back on again. Hope this works for you!!
