You need new bearings. Or you can open the machine up and use WD40. You'll need vice grips and sockets for this job.

My 2005 trailblazer makes a bird chirping noise. Exactly like birds. My mechanic replaced the belt but it is still making the noise.

If is a serpentine belt, take it out and check the belt tensioner. some of them have a screw that allows for tightening/loosing the belt. Sometimes it looses some bearings and it could chirp.

Fix chirping

Chirping sounds could be a bird stuck inside. If you are not missing any birds then I would suspect you need a drop of oil on the pin behind the bobbin case.

SOUNDS LIKE BIRDS ARE CHIRPING WHEN I DRIVE. REPLACED SERPITINE BELT AND SOMETHING WITH THE TENSION.

It could be a problem with the tenisioner its a good idia to replace them from time to time even if they still work they start to stick the spring just gets weak or the pulley starts to bind What you could do to quit it down is take a bar of soapwhen its idleing and touch it to the sides of the belt you;ll find it works vary good to quit it down

My dryer is taking three cycles to dry clothes and its only 2 yrs old. Air flow looks good and lint has been cleaned out. Any suggestions?

Yes, check the hose behind the machine. Pull the drier out away from the wall pull the vent hose off and make sure it is clear, then look at the connection on the back of the drier and the vent at the wall, go outside and look at it for birds nest or kids putting tennis balls in it.

Birds in the trunk, only when its been raining.

Haynes auto manual will have all the info you need. The chirping sound might also be the belt tensioner, replace them both at the same time.

Chirping birds and screaching sound

Check to be sure there is the correct amount of preload on the front wheel bearings. Too loose or too tight will give you strange noises. Also, you may have a calibur hanging up or retracting too slowly. It causes the brake pad to stay in "Light" contact with the rotor and cause noises too. This could be an intermitten problem.

Good Luck
