Red, blue and green vertical lines in middle of screen all functions are ok

Hi I have a RCA 52" / p52960. it is about 3 years. I had about six power flickers (on,off,on,off,on...off,on,off....on) one day, the tv was pluged into a surge protector that I got at the same time as the tv,later that evening the screen wnt to three, red, blue and green vertical lines, side to side, all other functions appear to be normal. sound is fine you can turnchanels and hear them change. it seems you can see the line colors jump as though the picture is active. I have looked at the tubs and they are all three have amber light at yolk when on.
