It started to get green horizontal fine lines and turn to a black screen. Now I get the picture for about 5 seconds then turns bright green and then goes to a black screen. Does this sound like the same problem? Thanks.

The same problem?? Sounds like a green crt driver is defective or the green crt is bad.
