Question about Heating & Cooling
Is there a manuel to show how to replace the battery in a Soleus 131 small women's watch? I can't find a shop to replace it. Radio Shack near me sells the battery, but, don't put them in. I took out the 4 screws but the band don't come off. How do I replace the battery? watch was bought September 2011
Most larger department store jewelry counter personnel will change a watch battery for you for little or no cost - if you buy the battery from them. Stores like Batteries + also offer this service for a small fee. Unless someone here has the same watch and can tell you exactly how it is done, my suggestion will probably be your best bet.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Soleus LX-140 leaking problem
I also have the same problem with my PE3, EXACTLY. I have installed a catch pan under the unit after drying out my carpet and am using the unit, but I have to empty the pan every few days. I suspect there is a connection problem allowing water to drain directly instead of being discharged out the venting. SOLEUS seems quite difficult to reach, but I am persistent and will find the answer. Good to know the problem is out there yet Soleus is not fessing up.

There is nothing wrong with the unit, you just are in a humid area, the water is from the air.
The water is being pulled from the air, that is part of how it cools, by condensing water.
Some units have hose fittings that can be hooked up to normal garden hoses and routed outside.
You could also install something like that yourself.
