If you should mean the switch that is pressure controlled that turn the compressor on and off- that is a fairly universal replacement piece, As is the power switch itself

If you needed that specific part, your best bet is Harbor Freight tools who owns the Central Pneumatic domain.

Harbor Freight only has the 1/4" line that comes off the manifold that screws into the tank. They don't carry the fitting that connects the line to the on/off control.

Northern tool carries an item that should be similar:
    http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/p...

It has a 1/4 inch fitting, it can be attached to other sized lines with reducing bushings/couplings. If yours has that part integral with the pressure tube coming from the compressor head to the tank, or the port for the tank outlet; reworking those lines with new plumbing will need to be done and a "T" installed to accomodate everything.

The Pressure Control Switch on my Central Pneumatics compressor developed a leak in the diaghram. After purusing the internet for a replacement pressure control switch I found the exact replacement needed on ebay at one/fourth the the price at other venders. ALWAYS include ebay in your searches.

SOURCE: I have a Central Pneumatic,

If air leaks when motor is off, fault most likely in-tank check valve. Follow discharge air line from pump to tank. Brass/steel valve at tank is the check valve. Remove hose to valve and check for leak. Replace as needed. If air is leaking while motor is running fault could be reed valves in head. Faulty reed valves in head, or torn head gaskets will cause very hot discharge air and tank will most likely never fill to shut off (or take a very long time to fill)

Central pnematic compressors, will not build up air

Use soapy water to check for air leaks. Can also check piston ring and valves. Make sure engine is driving the compressor.

Searching for fenwai pressure control fw 10

If your compressor is a piston compressor, try cleaning the check valve which comes from the pressure switch to the tank (it has a little spring and a rubber/plastic valve inside)
Otherwise check to see if it is sucking air in properly, (whilst it is running, remove the air filter, and very quickly put your hand over the air intake to see if it is sucking whilst it is at 20 psi, if not, then it may be that the valves in the head maybe either broken or not seating properly

If it is not a piston compressor, then it maybe the MPV needing some attention

Hope that helps

I have a Craftsman compressor Model # 919-15292 2. The compressor stopped building pressure because air was continually being released through the unloader valve. I have replaced the unloader valve,...

you must have wired the new pressure switch incorrectly .when the pressure switch opens it will release the head pressure so your compressor must be running with the pressure switch contacts open should be 4 connections 2 marked motor which is from your compressor and 2 marked line which is your power coming in

25 gal horizontal craftsman air compressor is leaking at the pressure control valve. Can I replace the valve or repair it?

Unloader valve probably needs to be adjusted. Should be two jam nuts holding the unloader to the pressure switch. Loosen the jam nuts and adjust the unloader slightly away from the lever. Tighten the jam nuts and try it again.

if it is leaking air the check valve is bad.find the airline leaving the air pump follow this line to tank.this line attaches to the check valve which is screwed into tank.make sure no pressure is in tank when removing.
