SOURCE: refrigerator collects water at bottom,

at the top of the fridge section at the center back there is a drain assy/ tube for defrost water to exit the unit and go to the bottom of the outside, this is most likely clogged up. disassemble and clear drain line, hook back up and call me in the morning.

SOURCE: 2006 Whirlpool 20.9 cu ft,

If you access the panel in the rear of the unit, check the evaporator tray, is it dry? It shouldn't be! If so, check the drain hose above it. It is likely plugged.

SOURCE: water in inside bottom

I would try vasoline petrolium jelly on the door gasket. If the gasket is not sealing correctly, air will get in and condensate. Also check the gasket for any cuts or tears too. This old trick, My boss would charge $30.00 for when I worked on appliances.

Every couple of days lots of water runs out on the floor.

It sounds like the defrost drain is clogged up. On some models there is a removeable white pull out cup located in the center back wall at the top in the refrigerator section. It is connected to a tube on the back of the refrigertor. If that is blocked water will be in the bottom under the crisper drawers.

Water collects under the veg tray on bottom of fridge

Good day,
That's a classic example of the drain system either plugged up or iced up.
Remove the rear panel in the freezer, and inspect the drain hole where the condensed water drains out of the machine. Must be blown out or de-iced. Service techs use compressed air tank with hose to blow out the dirt. You'll need to improvise. However...
There are a few models that let the condensed water run down the back wall of the fridge, under the crisper drawers and then out a drain plug.
Check for this first.

Have water under crispers not going to pan think drain tub e mite stoped up took frezer apart could not find it where is it

It's located below the coils inside the freezer at the very bottom. The water comes from the coils. Take a turkey baster filled with water and push the water down the drain. This will unclog the drain.

I have Kenmore refrigerator, leaks water inside.

Is there an ice maker in the freezer? If so, check all fittings, otherwise, this is condensation, which is VERY common & is actually expected, especially in summer months. There should be a small hole in the bottom, center, under the crisper drawers, make sure that it is not blocked up. The condesation (water) that builds up goes through that hole into a condensation drain pan & gets cooked off by a little boxy thing (golly I forget the correct term & my husband is a refrigeration tech) that warms up or simply evaporates in to the air. The water you see is NORMAL, but your drain may be plugged up, so go have a peek to make sure it's clear, if not, just clear it out & you'll be good to go. Good luck.

Water under the bottom of the frezzer

I would thaw all ice out use hot water in the drain hole. also use a heat probe in the drain hole. Is the drain tube straight or does it have a trap in it.
