I am buying this for my daughters. It is second hand and all the parts are there with the exception of the Bolts. I have been trying to find what size bolts it takes and assembly instructions and have been unsuccessful so far.

SOURCE: i have a twin size white cottage style sleigh bed.
I'm going to take a wild guess here...the bolts?
Most beds are comprised of the following items:
Headboard
Footboard
Siderails that join the headboard and footboard together
Bolts
Some contain fancy decorative pieces,(such as end caps on the sides of the head/footboard)...but most don't.
Some have pieces of wood that span across from side to side for extra mattress support.
If the bed contains drawers then there will obviously be more parts missing...however I have yet to see a sleigh bed with drawers underneath. (Not saying that there aren't any)
If it's just the bolts that are missing you can buy them at any hardware store. Just ensure you get the right size.
If the metal rails are missing you can get those at almost any new/used store, yardsale,or on the sides of the highway...seriously...those things are everywhere! lol
If I knew which bed it was,and I knew which pieces you already have in your possession it would help a great deal.
Possibly you could re-post with pics?
Hope this helps and doesn't confuse or aggitate even more.

The Graco Aspen 8470 crib along with most if not all of the simplicity brand drop-side cribs have been recalled due to issues with the dropsides.
Here is the CPSP link regarding this crib:
http://www.cpsc.gov/CPSCPUB/PREREL/prhtml09/09260list.html
http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml07/07307.html
According to the CPSP information the company appears to be out of business to some degree and are not providing repair kits.
If you know where you purchased the crib, check to see what their policy is regarding recalled baby products.
We had purchased ours at walmart almost 8 years ago and were able to return it to another store in a different state for a full refund last summer. They did not need a receipt received, they just needed the manufacturer label on the part that the mattress lies on.
Because ours was older, the customer service clerk did have to work hard to find the crib in their system, but once she did, it was not problem at all.
