I just bought a GPX MW238B and when I went to set it up my computer keeps installing it but then saying its a "unidentified device". I'm using windows Vista and I can't find any information on it at all. I have made sure that it was unlocked and tried again... nothing. Is there a patch or something I can download to help me with this isuee?

I can't get nothing to download to it, from windows media player keeps saying unable to obtain licence, emusic nothing is downloading from it either help plz.
