I have an HP2490 iPac and it won't turn on...it freezes on the loading screen.

I was trying to logon to the internet at a hotel, it showed I was connected but I couldn't go any further. Suddenly a message popped up saying your subscription has expired and it went black. I tried to reset and a soft restart and it won't work. I have a lot of data on this so don't want to lose it.
