If you are asking about external card reader it is usually connects to USB, for the built-in's it connects to internal USB on motherboard. According to your motherboard's picture
internal card-reader connects to the one of these salad green plugs on the right bottom. Each pin has the meaning written on it. Be careful not to mismatch. Here's the standard diagram http://www.808.dk/pics/k7s5a_usb1.gif
