Question about Gateway Computers & Internet
1)Check your tv tuner settings/preferences and make sure the correct audio source is selected.
2)check your windows sound settings in the bottom right corner ( system tray= speaker) to make sure the right one is enabled and not muted
3)Some TV tuners require audio FROM another source (tv or VCR) to your computer ( usually to microphone IN jack on the back of your computer)
If all this fails. Install the software again, fresh.
