Power keep cutting off . picture don't come up b4 it shuts down

sounds like the unit has a faulty power supply. the capaciters have just enough power to turn the unti on but are failing to hold a charge to maintaine it. with rear projection you most lily dont have a warranty, you can try contacting the manufacturer but unless you bought an extended warranty i doubt it would be of any use. consider purchasing a new tv or contact a tv repair specialist, since dealing with power supplys can be dangerous.

Tv has a picture,but not sound,but a popping sound

Is there no sound on any of your inputs? If you don't know, then try hooking up equipment to all of the different inputs. If only some of them don't give sound, then it may just be the input jacks themselves, or even the controllers used to send those signals to the main processors.
If you have absolutely no sound on any channel/input, then the main audio controllers are likely open/shorted/fried, or the main connections are open/shorted/fried.

Picture on TV shuts down but sound still on.

If this RCA TV has a Chassis number of ITC222 then you need to call a tech to swap out the deflection circuit board for a new or rebuilt board. This RCA Chassis is a TV Techs worst nightmare to repair.
