you can try pulling out and reseating the Waste Ink tank which is located behind the machine behind a plastic door cover (left side of machine as you are looking at it from behind). Turn the machine off and on using the main power switch. If the code comes back then you will more than likely need a new Waste Ink Tank.

Look for the sensors which are mounted a little before the roller as the paper is fed the sensor will detect -- therby called INDETECT sensors.
So it can be due to misaligment of a failure and must be checked with a multimeter.
