Windows 7 click start , click control panel ,click on Administrative tools ,double click on Component Services. On your left under Console Root click on Services. Now look for and right click on Printer Spooler and click on Properties ,click on Log On tab ,uncheck Allow service to interact with desktop ,click Apply and then Ok. Now start Printer Spooler You are done :)
DCOM 1053 link to possible solution: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/839174 This link is for the other two...http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 however, in reading some of the solutions...have her disable her antivirus program and see if that clears all of the problems...if it does, then delete it and do a fresh install of said product. If that doesn't fix it...then do what the articles suggest should be done. It sounds like there's a program interfering with the processes. Try the antivirus disable thing and see what happens, let me know. hope this helps you!
