Those key are on the same contact branch inside the keyboard - hardware defect. The keyboard is dead, it will have to be replaced.

This seems to be the fault in RAM ..pls try to replace the RAM ...If after replacing RAM not worked then the motherboard needs to be replaced...

That a nice computer you have there. Based on your description, my guess is you have a bad power supply. About a $300 fix if you send back to HP. Which is what I had to do a while back.
it's a laptop acdr, not very easy for a person who does not know to remove the cmos cell.
Do you see anything on the screen at all when yo first turn it on like the HP logo BIOS menu anything?
