Error 0x80070052 maps to ERROR_CANNOT_MAKE (good old error lookup tool I was transfering a photo - smile.gif )

Just basically, the DIR or file cannot be made on the filesystem

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I would like to be able to download any projects also to transfer to another computer Regards Les

download by right click in an empty area of page, left click "save page as"-screen pop up will ask where you want to save, you can alter name and destination-to transfer files to another machine use a small memory stick,mp3 player or mobile phone-as a last resort copy files to a blank cd as "data"files-they should open with autorun

What is vista error code 0X80070052

It would seem to be related to not being able to save files into a memory stick, usb device or card possibly.

a solution to this would be to format the card or usb memory. backup your files first.

I have a 4GB GO and when I try to transfer photos it States the "Path is too deep" what does this mean? I also transfer one photo at a time but it miss some of them with the same quote.

This site offers an explanation.. Might help.. Also, whats the file name? If it's too long, it might cause problems.. Or if the number of recursive folders is too many.. Try creating a new folder, just under the root of the drive and make the file names no longer than 10 digits long.. Like mysister.jpg or whatever.. Not something like 0098482829200101010.jpg - Also be sure the ext. is just bmp or jpg or whatever.. Must be correct. Good luck.

Getting photos to load to usb memory flash.

what is the size of the flash drive ? try a few pics at a time and see how many you can get. the file format on the flash drive is FAT and I think 1 GB is the transfer limit...Ok few at a time ..do not select all at once.

I hate to think but i hope that it is not a hard drive error.
