Did you try installing the flash player from adobe? It may also be that sony psp will only recognize adobe flash player 6 http://www.brothersoft.com/adobe-flash-player-60081.html

what it is the psp runs flash player 6 unlike the dask top version 10 which means you cant watch things like youtube unless you softmod your psp which you cant do because you have a psp 3000

Go to the setting menu on you PSP,Scroll down to enable flash player and follow instruction.

Hello!
to activate the flash...
restart your psp
until it is fully off, turn it on and hold the right tab button
the m33 recovery menu appeared...
go to registry hacks
and activate the the flash...
press triangle and x
and exit/close the recovery menu...

u can watch videos on ur psp only if u r havin original memorystick ,nt the one purchased from grey mkt.
u can convert any video u like to MPEG4 coz it is compatible with psp and then transfer it to ur video folder in psp.
