We've seen similar problems due to an intermittent failure in the control board. If you can have it removed we can likely repair it for you.

There isn't a reset per say but you can turn the unit off at the breaker box for the home for 1 to three minutes. If this does not work...either the heating elements were blown during the power outage or the control board is now fried from the surge and needs replaced.

The F10 error code means that the computer thinks a button on the touchpad is stuck. Sometimes this can be resolved by making sure the touchpad connector fits tight into the control board. The F10 code can be cleared by pushing CANCEL/OFF. If it returns the touchpad needs to be replaced .
