SOURCE: web roller is loose
u remove u r heater unit and remove web rollar unit then remove web guard plate u get two side rollar type web first fix big size web (u look one iron plate. prees down this plate and fix u r web ) then fix another small size rollar. it fix gear side then u see opposite of gear. one screw is there u tight it web cloth is tight then fix u r web unit in heater unit

That is a little question with a big answer. You first need to buy a web ($10-$30) and then replace the old one with it. This requires tools and if that appeals to you then I'll write the rest of this response, but it's a dirty job. The only tool you really need is a Phillips #2 screw driver. Else if this doesn't appeal to you then call a copier tech to do the job. Good luck either way.
