You have to re new your driver for keyboard, or try this one below:
Start Menu>My computer>(right-click)for contect menu and choose properties>(computer properties NOW open) then choose hardware tabs>then press the device manager tabs>(device manager box now open) find hardware by connection then right click on keyboard>then choose (UNINSTALL)>confirm by answer YES... END of part 1.
Find the SCAN for HARDWARE Changes BUTTON and Hit it...
Windows should find your keyboard and need to install it, leave windows to install by itself, as a precaution, insert the windows xP CD or ASpire Recovery CD into CD Drive>>> Windows should easily installed the best driver available on CD or the installed windows. Apply and reboot.
You should have your keyboard back to work after restart..

Try removing CMOS battery from motherboard for longer period of time. Remember to remove any source of external power as well as CMOS battery. Good Luck
