Healthrider h550i treadmill turns off after starting.

My Healthrider h550i will turn on and the belt will start, but then will immediately stop. The power will dim down then come back on. The incline and all the electronics seem to work fine. Any suggestions?

OK two things, first is that you must check if the belt is in good condition and the deck also. second, we turn to the recommendation, review the motor controller if any diode or MOSFET is bad, and maybe check the main motor has to re-coiling

Healthrider 500i. The screen lights up with no belt, fan, or key pad response. I manually started the belt then it wouldn't stop or change speed.

adjust the Reed Swith see the diagram:RESET, clean, and tight cable connector.

2) Run the software calibration for easy diagnostic, troubleshooting, and fix it.

Start my belt and it tries to start but immediately stops

hi, its seems like the belt on the motor has either slipped or just needs to be tightened more, best way to find out is open the front cover showing the motor, step on the treadmill and see what happens. if the motor is still spinning and the belt isnt then its the belt, check the tension if it is loose just tighten the belt. if the belt and motor are fine then its the running belt that needs to be tightened, to check this just put your hand under the belt and try lifting it, if you can easily lift its 2 0r 3 inches then its ok, but if you can lift it alot more this will need to be tightened, hope i have helped.

I started up my treadmill after a year sabbatical :) to find that it stops abruptly when I increase the speed above 4 and then when I restarted it as soon as I stood on the belt the motor lagged & then...

If the walking belt slips when walked on, first remove the key and UNPLUG THE POWER CORD. Using the allen wrench, turn both rear roller adjustment bolts clockwise, 1/4 of a turn. When the walking belt is correctly tightened, you should be able to lift the edges of the walking belt 3 to 4 inches off the walking platform. Be careful to keep the walking belt centered. Plug in the power cord, insert the key and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is properly tightened.
