check the operation of the micro switches on the lock motor. that they are open when they should be and closed when they should be. often they need to be cleaned or replaced. if this doesnt help re post there is some board work to do, i would suggest a tech do this part though. always unplug range when you work on them! good luck.

Same thing happened to me about 1 month ago... Did you get some kind of power outage or lightning strike??? I am pretty sure the stove part works but the oven doesn't right?!?! It might be 2 things.. Either the temperature sensor inside the oven doesn't work or it's the control board (where the clock is). I tried to chaned teh temp sensor but it did not work. I then changed the Control Board and oven works again...

SOURCE: We had a minor stovetop fire and getting the E0 F0

E0 F0 is a communication failure within your control board/ eoc. If it does not reset after a 30 second power down, the board will have to be replaced

Testimonial: "I think this may do since repairs will be done to what the fire has damaged."

Your Oven control board, which is the main electronic module, is either bad or needs to be reset with a power down. Turn off power. Then back on.

Error codes E1 F2 whirlpool super capacity 465 oven

HI. This code is a good indication of a separated key pad ribbon or the actual key pad may be damaged. Use the procedure below to isolate the culprit.

1. Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control board).
2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board (also called ERC or clock).
