Try this - In regards to the question about getting rid of contacts on the emergency dialer. If you're on the emergency dialer from the lock screen press your settings button and then click on remove. A little checkbox will pop up on the right-hand side of the contact's image/profile allowing you to remove any selected profile from your emergency list. You can also see if the ICE contact in your contacts is able to be edited and change is to a different number like your own.

If your phone has PIN lock it will only allow emergancy dialer until you unlock the phone.

This usually means the subscription for phone service has expired and now the phone (''dialer'') can only be used for emergency calls such as 911. This is a matter of law. Federal law says _all_ cell phones (including those built into vehicles) _must_ be able to call emergency services, even if there is no current contract, etc...

You need an unlock code for your sim carrier

get a service technician out to fix the problem or take it back for a warranty refund

are those recharbale batteries?
if they are, its probably the problem
when a rechargeable batt goes old it holds less
