It sounds as if you have to many profiles?
try deleting one that is not needed.
How is this machine connected? Network or USB
If this is connected via Network, you can type the ip address of the machine in internet explorer, and go to the NIC/Web Page.
From there you will see profiles.
I would highly recommend you going to lexmark and downloading the Users Guide.
(this manual will tell you more than you will ever need to know about this machine, and there are trouble shooting section in this as well)

The Lexmark’s are funny, the profiles you get to with a
short cut... which kinda screws me up sometimes. I usually print out the
shortcut page so I can remember which one is what? Especially if you have a
large number of profiles and fax numbers programmed.
But in all good choice of machine, it is the best for its price. And do
get that manual you will find it more helpful than any thing... If you need anything else let me know .
