You can download and print one from Document Capture Technologies site here: http://www.docucap.com/index.php?/downloads . Scroll down to the Travelscan 464/464M section and download the TS 464 Calibration Target for letter print size paper (PDF) or TS 464 Calibration Target for A4 print size paper (PDF) page.
