Question about ifrogz EarPollution CS40 Headphones
I can't get to fix those headphones by using a 3.5MM (1/8 INCHES) 3-CONDUCTOR PHONE PLUGS from The Source store. Those wires from the headphone itself are so much different than I normally thought which it makes even harder to fix it for me. Anyone can help me up here? Perhaps via a video or a set of pictures? Or suggest me a place somewhere in the Montreal area? Thanks. PS, It's driving me NUTS!!
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: I recently bought the Ifrogz
It does sound as if the wire has been broken. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer to see if your product's damaged jack is covered under their warranty. They do have a limited warranty that covers defects in manufacturing and if this damage is something that just happened out of the blue and not from any other sort of activity that may have caused the issue, then you should be covered.
